Expert Witness

I have been retained numerous times as an expert witness in cases within and outside of Pennsylvania on the topics of insurance coverage, proper claim handling practices, and the duty of good faith and fair dealing.  In the course of 35 years of practice I have learned the claims handling practices, first-hand, of dozens of insurers across the United States.  This enables me to provide timely, authoritative, and persuasive reports.
